Day 1 Tehran

Day 1 : Visit the Iran national museum to get familiar with the history and civilization of Iran. By visiting the Golestan palace (UNESCO world heritage site) you'll be fascinated by tile works and mirror works of it. The jewels museum with its priceless pieces is a magnificent place to visit. Finally we walk through Tehran traditional Bazaar.

Day 3:Drive to Tabriz. En route visit the Sheikh Safi-ol-din Ardabili mausoleum (UNESCO world heritage site) to get familiar with Sufism in Iran. The gilded ornamentation is unique in Iran.

Day 4:Drive to St.Thaddeus monastery (UNESCO world heritage site), the most important monastery of Christians in Iran. Drive back to Tabriz and get amazed by visiting Tabriz traditional Bazaar (UNESCO world heritage site) and blue mosque.

Day 5:Drive to Takht-e-Soleyman (UNESCO world heritage site). En route visit the Red dome in Maraghe, the city which was the capital city of Iran in 13th century. Takht-e-Soleyman was one of the three most sacred fire temples in Sassanid period.

Day 6 Hamedan

Day 6:Drive to Hamedan. En route visit Alisadr cave, the biggest water cave in the world. In Hamedan visit Ganjname inscriptions, the introductions of Darius and Xerxes in the royal road from Hegmatane (Hamedan) to Babelyon. Get familiar with one of the greatest thinkers and writers in Islamic golden age by visiting Avicenna's tomb. Alavian dome with its eye-catching plaster works is our final destination.

Day 7:Drive to Sultaniye. Visit Sultaniye dome, the third biggest brick dome in the world with wonderful architecture. Drive to Qazvin. Visit Sa'd-ol-Saltane Caravanserai and Chehel Sotun (40 culumn) palace.

Day 8:Drive to Alamut castle. The magnificent castle for intense activity of Shi'a Nizari Ismai'li in the Alborz range mountains. Drive to Tehran.
